What We Do
(And What We Do With the Money From What We Do)
The Boring Stuff (That Pays)
We build endeavour operations software. That looks like marketing automation systems, customer relationship management, websites and software to actually run your operations.
Our software doesn't require learning, it's programmed by you, so that is can send the right email to the right person at the right time. The kind that remember your customers' names so you don't have to pretend you do. The kind that turn "I'll get to that later" into "Oh, the system already did it."
Specifically:
- CRM Setup & Integration — So your customer data lives in one place instead of seventeen spreadsheets and someone's brain
- Email Automation — The sequences that nurture leads while you sleep (or doom-scroll, we don't judge)
- Website & Landing Pages — Built fast, designed to convert, optimized for people who won't read your copy anyway
- Ad Campaign Setup — The programmatic stuff that targets your actual customers instead of bots pretending to be your customers
- Compliance & Security — Because regulations exist and ignoring them is expensive
This is World A. It's functional. It works. It generates revenue.
Most companies do World A and then pivot to... (gestures vaguely) ...something involving blockchain or AI or whatever the VCs are excited about this quarter, for reasons that were never fully explained. We have a different plan.
The Interesting Stuff (That World A Funds)
Anyway, here's the actual point.
This is World B. The projects that matter but don't pay rent:
- Counter-disinformation tools — Because the information environment is a tire fire and someone should bring water
- AI alignment research — Making sure the robots are nice, eventually. Not in a "Terminator" way, more in a "please don't optimize paperclips" way
- Decentralized tech for communities — Tools that empower people instead of extracting from them. Surprisingly hard to fund when you can't promise hockey-stick growth
- Whatever else seems important — We reserve the right to get distracted by good causes
Every dollar from World A brings us closer to spending more time on World B. That's the deal. That's the model.
That's why we're doing really boring shit to make money. For the cause.
We hope the future is worth funding.
